The "bad" ad script is called adcurl.kevinroebert.de/badscript.js on this page. If you block this with, for example, uMatrix, no more requests will be made to the ad server with the tracking parameters. If you deactivate the script for this page (curl.kevinroebert.de/index.php), then the tracking parameters are no longer set in the URL. ClearURLs works properly when "NO DATA AVAILABLE" appears in the " You've this link from the person with the ID" box.
